All Accounts come with UNLIMITED features:
- Addon/Sub/Parked Domains
- Databases
- FTP Accounts
- Email Accounts/Forwarders/Lists

We are using the cPanel Control Panel on all our Web Servers with Lots of Free One-Click Installs available such as Guestbooks, Forums, Image Galleries and Shopping Carts, etc.

Domain Names point to 4 DNS Nameservers located in 4 Datacentre's around the world for redundancy.

We have multiple Backups:
- Each Web Server is backed up Daily, Weekly and Monthly On-Site
- We also offer a Free CDP (Continuous Data Protection) service which backs up your data to our Off-Site Backup Server every 5 Minutes with Multiple Snapshots retained for 6 months that you can access yourself (No need to contact us for File Restores of accidently Deleted files or e-mails)
- The Backup Server is also backed up On-Site (Off-Site to Web Servers) every Day, Week and Month.

We are running our Servers in a Cloud Environment with No Single Point of Failure
- Should something go wrong, the Servers will Auto-Heal themselves to available resources.
- Downtime is usually less than 5 minutes, should this occur.
- (web hosting competitor's servers are unable to Auto-Heal and when an issue occurs it can usually take them a few hours to replace the failed component).

We use SAN Storage in a RAID 10 configuration to ensure that your Data is always available.
- This configuration is what allows us to "virtually" move the Web Servers around our Datacentres to available resources such as Memory and CPU as we do not use standard Hard Disk Drives.

All accounts are Prorata Billing which helps you save money on your first payment!
You Only have to Upgrade as you get near your Resource Limits!
I.e. Start off with either the Free or Starter Account, when you get close to either the Bandwidth or Web Space Usage, Upgrade to the next Level!

The below diagram displays how your Domain Name (www.mydomain.com) points to our servers and how the servers are configured to ensure maximum uptime for your web site.

- Each of the 4 Domain Name Servers (DNS) are located in different Data Centre's around the World.
- Your web site will be active on 1 of our Hyper Visors which draws its resources from a multitude of Nodes on different Physical Servers that can Auto Heal themselves.
- Should the Hyper Visor itself fail, your web site will automatically move to an available Hyper Visor (usually within 5 minutes)
- As we store your Data on our RAID 10 SAN's, this enables us to host your web site on any server within the Cloud.

- We Backup your Data every 5 minutes to our Offsite Backup Server (this Server is also Backed up as per below).
- We take Daily, Weekly and Monthly Snapshots of ALL our Servers which are stored Onsite (of the particular server).
- Our Web Servers also run Daily cPanel Backups of ALL Hosting Accounts (these are stored on the Server itself and therefore also get included in the Daily Onsite and Offsite backups every 5 minutes).
